HEAD OF SERVICE MANAGEMENT

The REOS GmbH combines the classic processes of real estate rental and administration with innovative software and product development. Here you form the central interface between the Head of Sales and our sales team.

Your assignments:

  • You lead the service and product management department.
  • You are the central contact person for managers in all questions of IT service and solution management.
  • Define IT Service Management policies and procedures and contribute to IT mission and strategy
  • You monitor the continuous development and optimization of IT Service & Solution Management procedures and frameworks (also for multi-vendor environments).
  • You ensure that IT Service & Solution Management achieves all agreed performance goals
  • You will monitor IT projects from a service management perspective and ensure that quality standards and processes are adhered to.
  • Manage change request processes for service or solution enhancements (CRs) and their implementation

Your profile:

  • You have an academic degree in computer science or something similar.
  • You have expert knowledge in IT management (IT service management, methods such as ITIL, COBIT)
  • You have at least five years of professional experience in various IT-relevant functions, including management
  • You have experience in an international environment and in various teams
  • Your English skills are fluent in spoken and written
