We are looking for a highly qualified team lead for sales (m/f/d) for an exciting position in our Hamburg office.
To work as team lead of Sales at REOS GmbH means to take a holistic and decisive approach to the sale of our software solution, to transfer customer requirements transparently to the development department and to take responsibility for strategic sales planning. You are an important part of the big picture and actively and independently lead the sales team. Your highest priority is customer service. With your motivation and hands-on mentality, you lead your team unerringly and focused to success and offer development opportunities and training as required.
We are looking for a communicative sales talent with - ideally - a wealth of experience in the real estate and software industry. You should already have led sales teams and have an excellent command of the craft of "software sales". As an enthusiastic team player and loyal employee, you will enrich the team and the management team. Your sovereignty will be rewarded with high esteem and respectful treatment.
