Team Leader Sales (M/F/D)

We combine many years of experience in construction, law & IT and effectively help shape the real estate industry.

 

That’s your profile:

  • A commercial training in the real estate environment or a comparable qualification.
  • Love to acquire new customers and sales in cross-over departmental approaches.
  • A good network in the real estate segment, especially in the area of property management.
  • Extensive experience in coaching and in the further development of sales teams.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.

 

Your daily business:

  • Budget compilation and pursuit of the set goals.
  • The active coaching of the key account managers.
  • The continuous optimization of processes and interdepartmental customer care.
  • The establishment of structures and uniform working methods within the sales team.
